Position: Corporate Administrator
Location: Kitimat, B.C.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary Range: Between $50k to $60k per annum, plus performance-based incentive pay
Position Overview
The Corporate Administrator provides administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, this role executes assigned administrative tasks and works across departments as assigned. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support as assigned by the Senior Executive Assistant.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings including scheduling, room setup, and virtual meeting support.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in accordance with records management practices.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary preparation as assigned.
- Support purchase orders, expense tracking, and administrative procurement processes.
- Monitor shared inboxes and route correspondence appropriately.
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate ordering.
- Provide administrative assistance to staff and departments as directed.
- Coordinate the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in office administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint or document management systems.
- Experience working in public sector, Indigenous organizations, or start up corporate environments.
